Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
After submitting your request, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.
Pack Your Jewelry
Carefully place your unworn items in their original packaging, including the decorative box and any authenticity cards, and securely seal them in a shipping mailer.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
